We are delighted to offer you a very large villa situated in the lovely residential area of Cala San Vicente. The villa is situated at approximately 650 metres from the beaches of Cala Barques and Cala Molins.

The villa is a somewhat eclectic: it has a huge kidney shape swimming pool of 20 x 10 metre approximately with its own bar/outdoor kitchen facility. From a large parking area there is access to the large open hall area and dining area of the villa leading onto a similarly large lounge with comfortable seating.

In the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen and also two bedrooms (one double with en-suite bathroom and one twin) and a second bathroom.

On the top floor there are four more bedrooms, and three bathrooms. To be exact, there are two doubles, each with an en-suite bathroom, and two twins (one with bunk beds) that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

What really stands out at this huge house is the outdoor areas and the views all around and the fantastic pool and pool area; a very tranquil spot as well and yet only a short walk to the centre and the beaches. This villa is an ideal family holiday house in a nice spot and close to the lovely beaches of Cala San Vicente. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
