Apartment on a first floor without a lift. Living-dining room with TV and direct access to a lovely furnished terrace with a bit of sea views where you can enjoy breakfasts in the sun.

American kitchen with all utensils included: crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning (cold and hot) included in the price.

1 parking space available included in the price.

Pets not allowed.

No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and 8 euros/person/towels.
- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Llafranc located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc.

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Mandatory services to be paid on-site:
. Security Deposit (refundable) : 300 € per booking
. Final Cleaning : 80 € per booking

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
. Cot/Crib : 5 € per day
. Baby high chair : 5 € per day
