Small and simple studio located on a second floor without a lift. It has a spacious terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, living-dining room with TV and 1 double bed built into the wall. Kitchenette with all cooking utensils included, cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven. 1 renovated bathroom with shower.

Located in a very quiet area with a shared swimming pool (open from the month of May) for the 3 apartments.

No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.

- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.

- WiFi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid at destination

- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
