Nice duplex apartment located in a quiet community with swimming pool in Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava. It is a first floor apartment with bright living-dining room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the loft which has 2 single beds and an exit to a large terrace overlooking the communal area. The community has a swimming pool, also a children's pool and a very spacious garden-pine forest ideal for children to play. Close to the centre and the Port Pelegrí beach in Calella. Outdoor parking within the community grounds. Capacity for 5 people. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree-Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property.
