The community is very nice with a large garden and pool as well as a small space to play football. It is accessed by 2 different streets, and on one side it has a large supermarket opposite the community. Close to the center and less than 200 meters from the beach "Port Pelegrí". The terrace is minimal, with space just for a small table. Building with elevator. Sleeps 4 people. Parking in communal garage. The community pool is CLOSED from October 15 to May 15 We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels.
