The duplex is distributed over two floors: * Ground floor: spacious living-dining room with access to a furnished terrace offering stunning sea views, fully equipped kitchen, and guest toilet. * Upper floor: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, and another with a trundle bed. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a terrace with spectacular views. There is also a full shared bathroom on this floor. The nearest beach is the beautiful Golfet Beach, located just 550 meters away—a pleasant 14-minute walk. The return journey is uphill, so it may take a bit longer. The village center is 1.2 km away, ideal for a relaxing stroll or a short drive. Maximum capacity: 6 guests. Small, family-friendly community with a saltwater swimming pool. Community WIFI: we cannot guarantee the speed or consistent performance of the connection. Pets are not allowed in the communal areas. Access to the apartment involves stairs. Private garage available. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels.
