The main bedroom has 1 double bed (140x200cm) and direct access to the terrace, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200cm).

A bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a washing machine.

It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large swimming pool and spacious garden area. Ideal for families with children.

Exterior parking for a car included in the price.

No pets are allowed.

No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.
