Ground floor in a nice community with pool in the center of Calella de Palafrugell.   It consists of living-dining room with access to terrace with direct access to the communal area, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. The community is very nice with a large garden and pool as well as a small space to play football. It is accessed by 2 different streets, and on one side it has a large supermarket opposite the community. Close to the center and less than 200 meters from the beach "Port Pelegrí". The terrace is minimal, with space just for a small table. Suitable for 4 people. The community pool is CLOSED from October 15 to May 15. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels.
