Terraced house just 800m from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Maximum capacity for 8 people.

Ideal to enjoy a quiet family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Semi-detached house with terrace and private garden. Living room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace.

Kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, gas stove, washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave.

It consists of 3 main rooms with a double bed each (135x190cm and 135x180cm), a single room with bunk bed.

One bathroom with shower and one with bathtub.

It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large pool and large garden area shared by only 10 houses.

Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Maison de ville agréable et bien située. Résidence très calme du aux jardins colles

Nous étions 2 familles avec 3 ados la localisation est vraiment appreciable Afin d ameliorer le confort de cette location des ventilateurs devraient être prévus dans chaque chambre etant qu il n y a pas la clim La salle d eau d en bas n est pas tres adaptée car douche tres petite et collee a la machine a laver
