Description of the accommodation

This beautiful small estate is located on a large plot on the outskirts of Calonge and has 2 floors. The terrace on the upper floor offers an impressive view of the landscape all the way to the coast and the sea.
The two double bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor.
Upstairs are the well-equipped kitchen, the dining room, another bathroom and the large terrace with a wonderful panoramic view.
The beautiful garden has a barbecue area and a large swimming pool, and the two covered terraces also invite cosy gatherings.
All windows have mosquito nets. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, programmed from 10pm to 6am. Additional operating hours are charged at €15/day.
Since the house has central heating, it is also suitable for stays in winter.
The estate is located in the middle of the fields. You can take a wonderful walk on the trails. Calonge is also easy to reach on foot. It is worth visiting Cala d\'Or with its white Ibizan-style houses, where you will find numerous shops and many restaurants and bars. There are also numerous small sandy beaches to choose from. For example, Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda and Cala Ferrera in Cala d\'Or or a little further towards Porto Petro, Cala Mondrgó and S\'Amarador.
