FANTASTIC HOUSE IN FRONT LINE WITH BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC VIEWS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH.

This beautiful house is located in an excellent location in Calpe, next to a fantastic sandy beach and just 3 minutes walk from the town center.

Less than 15 minutes by car you will find the charming towns of Moraira and Altea.

Its fantastic location at the sea front will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

The house is divided into two different floors. The first floor holds 1 bedroom with bathroom en-suite, the second floor holds 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and bath en-suite all equipped with air-conditioning. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the double bedroom on the first floor has a direct acces to the their garden.

The kitchen is modern and has a direct acces to the garden. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the shaded outdoor lounge.

You will find that this is the perfect place to swim and to snorkel, thanks to the great richness of the local submarine flora and fauna.

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.
Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.
Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.
