The villa Bellísima in Calpe has 7 bedrooms and capacity for 14 people. A large villa designed for large families and groups close to Calpe, and walking distance to all amenities.

Layout of the villa:

With 420 m2 of living space, Bellissima is divided into three floors connected by internal stairs as follows: On the main floor we find a nice and warm hall that gives access to a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning and beautiful open views to the mountain, Calpe and the green space known as "Plà de Feliu". An area with sofas and armchairs to relax, a TV with HDMI connection and a large table of 270cm / 120cm. Next to the living room, we find a spacious kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped, with lots of natural light. A bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm / 190cm), air conditioning and ceiling fan and a large wardrobe. On the same floor there is another bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a 150cm / 190cm bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Going up some wide stairs we access to the upper floor of the villa where we find a nice and cosy bedroom with sloping ceiling, two single beds (measures: 105cm / 190cm), 2 USB connections on the wall to charge devices, and air conditioning. A full bathroom with shower, a large bedroom with 180cm / 190cm bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and exit to a large terrace with sun loungers and outdoor seating for relaxing or sunbathing, with beautiful views of Calpe, the sea and the mountains. On the same upper floor, we find the fifth bedroom, with two single beds (measures: 105cm / 190cm), 2 USB connections on the wall to charge devices, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
From the main floor, we access a staircase that leads to the lower floor of the villa where we find a large multidisciplinary space, designed for work groups, Yoga etc, as it is open-plan and prepared for any type of activity. The multidisciplinary room has plenty of natural light, the multidisciplinary room has plenty of natural light, a ping pong table, and exit to the outside through large glass doors and also gives access to two large bedrooms with interior window, both with two single beds (measures: 105cm / 190cm), 2 USB connections on the wall to charge devices, air conditioning and ceiling fan. A complete bathroom with shower, and a living room with a 75" TV, with HDMI connection to connect your devices, sofa, table to eat or have breakfast and an auxiliary kitchen with washing machine and dryer. This living room is designed and configured to become a fantastic exhibition or meeting space, as you can see in the photos. The lower floor has a private access to the pool area and can be accessed by car or bicycle through a separate entrance.

Note: the villa has a good fibre optic internet connection.

Exterior of the villa:

The plot has 800 m2 and in it we find different outdoor spaces and terraces. A garden area gives access to the house, with trees and plants native to the area. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with a table for 14 people, a barbecue and an outdoor sink. An outdoor sofa area with magnificent open views so you can watch the beautiful sunsets of Calpe. Going down a small flight of stairs, we access to the large terrace with swimming pool, outdoor shower and a nice bioclimatic pergola with sofas and table to enjoy in front of the water.
