We are pleased to present our cozy holiday villa with a private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This villa can accommodate 4 people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all distributed on a single floor.
Inside the villa, on the upper floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic hob. The living/dining room is tastefully decorated and features satellite/terrestrial TV for your entertainment. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a washbasin. There is also a room with two single beds and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, the living room and bedrooms have air conditioning for greater comfort during your stay.
Outside, the villa has a fully fenced plot with a garden and a private 9x3 meter pool with Roman stairs. There is also an outdoor shower and a brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. Moreover, there is parking space on the plot for one vehicle.
The location of the villa is privileged, as it is close to the centre of Calpe (1 km away) and the nearest sandy beach (1.4 km away). Additionally, you will find a supermarket and restaurants just 500 metres away.
It is important to note that we offer free WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay. However, pets are not allowed in this villa.
