Only the ground floor is rented, the upper floor remains closed and unoccupied.

EXTERIOR: The villa has plenty of outdoor space, with a large private swimming pool of 8x4 m (depth: 120 cm to 195 cm) and a relaxation area with sun loungers where you can enjoy the space and climate of the Costa Blanca. Relax and enjoy a good meal on its terrace, partially covered with a fully equipped summer kitchen (with dishwasher). The villa offers a large fenced plot with fruit trees to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere and plenty of tranquillity.

LOCATION: The property is located in a quiet urbanisation just 2.5 km from supermarkets (5 min by car), 2 km from Fustera Beach, 3 km from Arenal de la Fossa Beach with its promenade, shops and restaurants and 3.5 km from the centre of Calpe.
