This cosy villa offers two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, providing a more comfortable atmosphere during the stay.
The property also features an independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hob. The living-dining room has satellite TV and direct access to the terrace and pool area.
Only the ground floor is rented. The upper floor remains closed and is not occupied.
EXTERIOR
The villa offers plenty of outdoor space, ideal for enjoying the Costa Blanca climate. It features a large private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 120 cm to 195 cm, and a pleasant relaxation area with sun loungers.
On the partially covered terrace you can relax and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals. In addition, there is a fully equipped summer kitchen, including dishwasher. The property is set on a large fenced plot with fruit trees, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, just 2.5 km from the supermarkets, approximately 5 minutes by car, 2 km from La Fustera Beach, 3 km from La Fossa sandy beach with its promenade, shops and restaurants, and 3.5 km from the centre of Calpe.
