This beautiful holiday villa with private pool is located in Calpe on the Costa Blanca and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors.

On the ground floor, we find a living-dining room with satellite television/DTT, air conditioning and direct access to a large, partially covered terrace. There is also a large independent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher and ceramic hob. The ground floor has two bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower each, a guest toilet and a room with a washing machine. On the upper floor, which is accessed by internal stairs, we find a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and access to the solarium, and a large bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

As for the exterior, we find an 8x4 m pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. The villa also has a built-in barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. There is a parking space for one vehicle on the same plot and one in the garage. The plot is completely fenced.

The villa is located in a privileged area called "Almendros", which is quiet and close to the beaches and all services. It is just 350 meters from the nearest supermarket and 1.3 km from the beach and restaurants.
