Lovely holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors.
INTERIOR: The GROUND FLOOR has a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and direct access to a large covered terrace. It also has a large fully equipped open kitchen, with dishwasher and ceramic hob. There is a bedroom with 1 bed (1.25m) and a separate bathroom with shower. A bedroom with one bed (1.25m) and a bunk bed with 2 single beds (90cm). A large bedroom with a double bed (1.50m) with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the FIRST FLOOR, which we access by interior stairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.50m), a mini kitchen, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: Pool with dimensions 5x10 m, shallower part 90 cm and deeper part 2m20, access as if it were a beach, without stairs, but with a single 45 cm step. Outdoor shower. The villa also has a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There are two parking spaces for two vehicles on the same plot. The plot has a nice garden, several relaxation areas and is fully fenced.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are accepted with a supplement.
