The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are complemented by a bathroom that has a bathtub in the bedroom with two single beds and there is another independent bathroom with a shower. Living room with TV only in Spanish, but the apartment has internet to watch Netflix or other applications and the best thing is to enjoy your vacation at the sea.



EXTERIOR: Enjoy a pleasant community pool measuring 11m x 21m and depth 1.10m minimum and 1.90m maximum. Direct access to La Fossa beach in Calpe. In addition, an area is provided to store beach chairs, and a parking space for one vehicle is included.



LOCATION: This apartment enjoys a privileged location, right on foot from the beach, restaurants and the picturesque promenade. The sandy beach and restaurants are just 10 meters away. With an adjoining pharmacy and the nearest supermarket 270 meters away, the area has numerous restaurants on the seafront, and the center of Calpe is 3 kilometers away.
