Just 300 metres from the fine sandy beaches of La Llosa and a 15-minute walk from the port and centre of Cambrils, the villa perfectly combines the calm of a residential area with proximity to the sea and authentic Mediterranean life.

The housing is distributed over two spacious and very bright floors, designed to live comfortably without giving up privacy. A particularly noteworthy aspect is that the entire villa has air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature at any time of the day, even during the hottest months of summer.

On the upper floor, you will find a large dining room filled with natural light, perfectly air-conditioned, three elegant double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a courtesy toilet, and a spectacular terrace with a porch, ideal for peaceful breakfasts or sunset dinners with total comfort.

In addition to air conditioning throughout the accommodation, the villa offers free WiFi and a private garage, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.
