It also has a spacious living-dining room, an independent kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances, including a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there is a suite-type room with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, a room with 2 single beds, a room with a bunk bed for 3 people and another bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, on the roof, there is a lovely solarium with sun loungers.
