Charming village house, with homely decor, and beautiful views of the mountains. It is located in the urban centre of the lovely village of Campanet, in a very charming area.

The house, with plenty of light, consists of a spacious entrance and a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa, television and ceiling fan. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, with access to the terrace, and the other with a double bed, and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen, independent and induction, has been recently renovated, and is fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, wood stove and two coffee machines, one filter and the other Nespresso. And just next to this is a large wooden table and chairs.

At the back of the house, there is a small and pretty garden with a jacuzzi, two sun loungers and an umbrella, and a covered terrace space with a table and chairs, to enjoy summer meals and dinners.

Important information:

The jacuzzi is available at no cost from 1 April to 31 October.
From June to September, the water is kept at ambient temperature.
In April, May and October, the jacuzzi will be warm, although it will never exceed 30 °C.
To conserve heat, it is important to keep the jacuzzi covered with the thermal cover whenever it is not being used.

A bathrobe and slippers will be provided per person.
The laundry is also available. On the top floor, and through some garden stairs, there is a fabulous terrace which can also be accessed through the double bed bedroom, with a small chill-out area and barbecue, as well as a yoga mat, Pilates ring, and rowing machine.

Among other amenities, the villa has internet access (WiFi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, and outdoor parking 90m away.
