Villa Font 39, a cosy refuge in the heart of Campanet, is a charming village house with a private pool, located in a privileged location in the traditional village of Campanet, in the centre of Mallorca. This villa has been completely restored to offer a unique holiday experience, surrounded by the peace and traditions of an authentic village. Perfect for those seeking to disconnect from stress and enjoy a Mallorcan lifestyle, Font 39 is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Additionally, shops, restaurants, and local services are just a few steps away. The villa is distributed over two floors, offering elegant and modern interiors, furnished with good taste and equipped with high-end appliances. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the first floor, where 3 cosy bedrooms are located: 1 double and 2 single, sharing a family bathroom with a shower. Outside, Font 39 has spacious terraces offering panoramic views of the pool, the village, and the surrounding hills. These terraces are the perfect place to relax outdoors. In addition, guests can enjoy a portable barbecue and a refreshing private pool equipped with sun loungers to rest under the sun.
Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00-08:00.
Information to be taken into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
