The house is arranged over one floor and has a modern fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a large living-dining room. It has three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.



The villa is very close to the famous natural caves of Campanet, a wonderful place worth a visit. The nearest towns are Campanet and Inca. Campanet is a small village in the north of the island, which is ideal for walking around as well as cycling. In Inca you will find all possible amenities (large supermarkets, many restaurants and shops, etc.). In addition, the bays of Alcúdia and Pollença are also very close (a 20-minute drive).
