Set in the very heart of the mountains and surrounded by unspoilt nature in Ullaró, this generous house sleeps up to 10 guests and features a private swimming pool. It is the perfect choice for families and groups seeking tranquillity, complete privacy and sweeping mountain views, while still enjoying comfort, space and inviting areas designed for sharing memorable moments together.
Outside, the property offers a large private 12 x 6 metre saltwater pool with a uniform depth of 2.10 m, perfect for swimming and cooling off on summer days. The outdoor area is completed by a garden and fruit trees that provide shade and a pleasant natural setting. A porch and a terrace allow for al fresco dining, while the fixed barbecue invites long evenings in good company, all in a completely private environment.

The interior of the house is laid out over two floors and is designed to offer comfort and spaciousness. The air conditioned living room, connected to the dining area, stands out for its cosy atmosphere, with a fireplace, Smart TV and pool table. The separate kitchen has gas hobs and is fully equipped. The laundry area is also integrated here, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A guest toilet completes the main floor. The house has five bedrooms, all located on the first floor and equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning: four with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 4 bathrooms in total, three of them en suite with shower and bidet and one additional bathroom with shower on the first floor. In addition, a cot and high chair are provided for families with babies.

This country house is located in Ullaró, a small rural hamlet belonging to Campanet, in the northern interior of Mallorca. It is a very quiet area, surrounded by countryside, almond trees and open views towards the Serra de Tramuntana, ideal for those seeking peace and contact with nature. Very close by are the famous Fonts Ufanes, a unique natural spectacle after heavy rainfall. The village of Campanet offers basic services, restaurants and a traditional Mallorcan atmosphere. In less than 20 minutes by car you can reach the fine sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença, as well as the port of Pollença, perfect for strolling or practising water sports. The area is excellent for hiking, cycling, cultural routes and gastronomic getaways, combining inland and coast with great ease.

We kindly ask for responsible energy use: 30 kWh per night are included in the price, but an additional charge will apply for extra consumption.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
