This well-appointed 150 m² home spans two floors and features four comfortable bedrooms:Ground Floor: One twin bedroom, with access to a shared bathroom with a shower.First Floor: Three additional bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), each with an en-suite bathroom—two equipped with showers and one with a bathtub.
Each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning for your comfort, and a crib and high chair are available upon request.
Living Areas:The spacious living room is bright and welcoming, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a wood-burning [hidden] large dining room offers ample space with a sizeable dining table, seating, and air conditioning for comfortable meals.
Kitchen and Amenities:The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a vitro-ceramic hob, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals.Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board to meet your day-to-day needs.
