Beautiful Holiday Villa near the sea where you can enjoy pleasure, well-being and tranquillity in an idyllic setting very close to the protected natural space of Es Trenc beach and Es Salobrar de Campos.

It has 6 cosy and well-equipped rooms with clear views and is equipped with those amenities that will allow our guests to enjoy maximum comfort. 3 of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, and the following 3 have an independent bathroom but in front of the room, crossing the corridor.

It has a beautiful living room with sofas, TV and fireplace for your relaxation. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

In the Garden you will be able to count on a beautiful swimming pool, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace and barbecue.

Can Riera is located just 3 km from Es Trenc, one of the most famous beaches in Mallorca due to its stunning stretches of sand and crystal-clear waters. With just under 4 km, this beach in the municipality of Campos is classified as a protected natural space, so its virgin coast only has a few beach services and, curiously, several post-war bunkers. The sandy area also has a nudist zone. A little further inland, a low forest and scrubland extension grows, which soon leads to extensive pine forests.

The name Trenc comes from trencar or break, and apparently refers to the channel that breaks the coastal line draining the flow of the interior lagoons. The quality of its waters, the tranquility and the extension of the sandy area make Es Trenc one of the best options for bathing in Mallorca.

It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule, it will be penalized.

Please keep order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-Guests will be obliged to take charge of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.

- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in the group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

Booking Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 1,000.00 Euros (by transfer) before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.

- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.
