Nestled in a pristine natural environment, this charming summer house in Ses Covetes provides accommodation for 8 guests, allowing them to enjoy both the countryside and the sea, with the beach just 1.5 km away. The house's garden is a true natural paradise, renowned for its lushness, beauty, and vibrancy. Every moment is perfect for basking in the sun, whether you're having breakfast on the terrace or the porch. You can also relax on one of the 7 sun loungers, the hammock, or right on the lawn. Children will delight in running and playing in the garden. The property is fenced and offers complete privacy, despite the presence of neighbors.

The accommodation consists of two buildings: the main house and an annex.




Inside the main house, the spacious and simple Mallorcan interiors create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The large living-dining room welcomes you with a comfortable space to chat or unwind while watching satellite TV in air-conditioned comfort. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob and all necessary cooking utensils, also features a dining table and an exit to the outside. The laundry room includes a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, and three bedrooms with double beds, one has access to the terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a fan. Additionally, two radiators are available if needed.

The modern and well-maintained annex offers a cozy living-dining kitchen area where you can watch TV or relax while cooking on the gas stovetop. It includes a bedroom with twin beds, a closet, a fan, and a bathroom with a shower. On request, we can provide two baby cots and high chairs.

Ses Covetes is a picturesque coastal area, renowned for its proximity to the breathtaking es Trenc beach, just 1.5 km from the property. This stunning beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is perfect for a day of swimming and sunbathing, followed by a refreshing drink at one of the charming beach bars. Additionally, the nearby beach of Colonia de Sant Jordi offers another dreamy seaside experience, along with several other beautiful beaches in the area. The town itself is an ideal spot to explore Mallorcan cuisine and take care of your daily shopping needs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- There is exterior parking for 8 cars.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, must pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information.
- The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email. For more details, don't hesitate to get in touch with the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
- Deposit: Amount per accommodation, refundable after property inspection upon departure.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
