Nice villa located in Can Pastilla, a district situated on the coast belonging to the municipality of Palma, where you will find, in addition to the best summer atmosphere, a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars, and an infinity of water activities.
In addition, it is located just 10/15 minutes from the centre of Palma and the airport.

It has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool surrounded by grass where you can cool off and spend pleasant moments with family.
Inside you will find the kitchen, fully equipped, a cozy living-dining room, four bedrooms (one of them with a terrace) with capacity for 8 people and three bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub and a toilet).

-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.

-If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, a 30% advance payment will be requested, nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
