Can Picafort is at the North of Majorca; it is famous for the find sandy beaches and the wide range of restaurants and leisure activities. You can visit Alcudia’s old town, playing golf at Alcanada, spending a funny day at the Hidropark in Alcudia’s Port or visiting Formentor’s lighthouse. During the low season, the area is more quite to practice hiking and cycling. A car isn't necessary as the house is near all services like supermarkets and restaurants.
The front terrace with awning is perfect to enjoy the first rays of sun. At the first floor there is a rooftop terrace where you can sunbath or prepare a barbecue with the family. The dining-leaving room with a ceiling fan leads you to a courtyard that gives you access to the kitchen with microwave, induction worktop, filter coffee machine and much more. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed of 1, 6 x 0,9 meters, as the second bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed of 1,05 x 0,9 meters. There are two external bathrooms with shower and hair dryer. There is a third bedroom with a window with views to the leaving room, and a bed of 1,35 x 0,9 meters. It is possible to host 6 guests under demand. There is a washing machine, an iron/board iron as well as a cot and highchair.
To Consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
