This flat on first sea line is located at Can Picafort, it is suitable for five people who are willing to relax sunbath and enjoy the beach.

Can Picafort is at the north of Mallorca and it is famous for the beautiful beaches and infinite leisure possibilities. This flat is near by the port and from the beach, as well as, restaurants, stores and supermarkets. Along the seafront, you will be able to enjoy long walks, having a drink or enjoying a good dinner with sea views.

For the little ones there are a few parks on the seafront and at Alcudia’s Port there is an aquatic park too. During the low season, the north of Mallorca is perfect to make excursions by bike, or visiting Alcudia and Pollença lovely towns. The nearest golf field is in Alcanada, at 15 kilometres from the flat.

If you choose this flat, you will be able to enjoy sea views to the Mediterranean every single day. The apartment counts with two balconies. The living and dining room are open to the kitchen with bar to eat. There is a full equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, toaster, tableware, coffee machine and much more. Besides, there's a washing machine, an iron with ironing board and a shared terrace with storage room on the last floor of the building. To rest you will be able to choose between 3 bedrooms; one of them with a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom, the other one with 2 single beds and the last one with a single bed, suitable for a child. The flat has Wi-Fi and radiators in all rooms. You can park for free.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night.
