Set in the quiet countryside in Majorca North, near the beach and with views to the Tramuntana Mountains, Villa Romani offers much space for up to 8 guests.
The villa is in the outskirts of Muro, a 10 minutes’ drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Both villages, Muro and Sa Pobla, provide you with supermarkets, restaurants and a gas station. This house is just perfect for families or groups seeking for hiking or cycling or a yoga retreat. Points of interest are the old town of Pollença, the lighthouse of Formentor, the market in Sineu, Valldemossa, Sóller or the Caves of Campanet
The private, 4,5 x 8 meter sized salt water pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with BBQ, loungers and parasols and has a depth of 1.6 meters. The furnished porch leads you to the living-dining room with open kitchen, including a vitro hob and satellite TV. All four bedrooms come with 2 single beds and 3 of them have a bath en-suite. Besides, there’s another, individual shower bathroom. The house counts with centralized air conditioning system, WiFi, hair dryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a safe.
We can provide you with a pool fence upon request, it's perfect if you come with small children.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
