Description of the accommodation

Villa Can Picafort, 4 bedrooms, 7 persons - API-1-53-13360

Fantastic chalet with swimming pool located in Can Picafort, just 450 metres from the beach, where 7 guests can stay.
In some corner of its spacious terraces, which almost completely surround the villa and are perfectly furnished, they can have an energetic breakfast before heading to the beach or perhaps have a barbecue as night falls. They can also sunbathe on their loungers after cooling off in the pool, read a good book under the umbrella quietly or simply relax in the entrance armchairs and enjoy the tranquillity of the residential area where it is located, a highly sought-after area in Can Picafort.
Inside, they will find a spacious living-dining room with international television and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen, independent and gas-powered, has direct access to the outside so they can cook and enjoy their favourite dishes in the open air in just a few steps. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this main floor, they have a bedroom with a balcony, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, they reach another bathroom with a bathtub and three other bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with a single bed and the third with two single beds. On this same floor, they will find a beautiful and spacious room, surrounded by large windows providing the space with plenty of natural light, which can be used as a study or for relaxing reading. Some of the rooms on this floor also offer sea views. A cot and a high chair are available. On floor -1, there is a third bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (cold/heat) and fans.
Can Picafort is located in a coastal area, mostly touristic during the summer months, where they will have all the services they need. Its beach, just a few minutes' walk away, is a beach of fine white sand, its crystal-clear waters invite you to take a relaxing swim or practice water sports given its extension. We recommend a visit to the Albufera Natural Park, a walk on foot or by bike through the Son Real Natural Estate. A short distance from the villa, you can enjoy a pleasant walk after tasting a delicious and traditional paella in a restaurant by the shore on one of its beaches, such as Ses Casetes des Capellans beach. If you want to visit an even more lively area, head to the Port of Alcúdia, and to Alcanada if you want to play golf. Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
