The outdoor space is fantastic, featuring a spacious front terrace ideal for enjoying a leisurely breakfast, as well as a furnished porch perfect for a barbecue. The saltwater pool measures 8 x 4 meters, with depths ranging from 1.4 to 1.9 meters. For relaxation, there are 6 sun loungers on the terrace, along with a pool umbrella for shade. An outdoor shower and bathroom add extra convenience.
Children can have fun in the natural garden, which is home to several fruit trees. There’s also a henhouse on the property, and the owner lovingly cares for the animals. Best of all, you can sample fresh eggs during your stay.






This single-story house offers a spacious living room with satellite TV, perfect for lounging and unwinding on the sofa. The rustic dining room features a cozy fireplace and a TV, ideal for enjoying family meals while watching something interesting. The renovated kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, electric oven, fridge, and electric stove.
The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, and a closet—one of which has direct access to the garden. There is also one shower bathroom. For families traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair upon request. The laundry room comes with a washer, iron, and ironing board, and there are three fans available for added comfort.

This house is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility, as well as beach lovers, with the beach just 900 meters away. You can enjoy a leisurely walk along the Can Picafort promenade, grab a coffee, or indulge in a homemade ice cream. Additionally, you can take a boat trip to Formentor, with daily departures in the summer. The city center offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and a children’s playground. The weekly street market takes place on Fridays. If you prefer not to visit the beach, you can explore nearby areas or villages, such as the center of Alcudia or Pollensa, or visit the S'Albufera Natural Park, the Caves in Campanet, or the water park in Alcudia.
