Can Picafort is a charming coastal village favored by beach enthusiasts, boasting a stunning shoreline, numerous restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere. However, this house is situated in a tranquil area and features both front and back terraces. The back terrace is ideal for enjoying delightful evenings outdoors or savoring a leisurely breakfast to kickstart your day, with a large parasol providing shade from the sun. In the evenings, you might want to grill some vegetables and meat; a portable barbecue is available for your convenience. The property is fenced, ensuring privacy, and there are neighbors nearby.




Built in 2017, the house showcases a modern Mediterranean style, complete with stoneware floors, bright, colorful furniture, and lovely artwork that adds a lively touch to the interiors. The spacious living room, equipped with satellite TV, flows into the dining area, which seats 6. A door from the dining room leads to the back terrace, making it easy to enjoy your outdoor barbecue indoors if desired. The open kitchen is simply equipped for preparing light meals, featuring a ceramic hob, microwave, and essential kitchen utensils.

The three bright bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a closet. Two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, while the third contains a double bed. One of the twin-bedded rooms includes an en-suite shower bathroom, and there are two additional bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. For families, two cots and two high chairs are available upon request. The house also has ducted air conditioning (cool air only).

The beach at Can Picafort, known for its fine sand and clear waters, stretches for several kilometers and offers services such as sunbed and parasol rentals, beach bars, restaurants, and restrooms. Along the promenade, you'll find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors. The Capellans area—Playa de Muro towards Puerto de Alcudia—offers a more natural setting, backed by dunes and featuring fewer amenities. The historic center of Alcudia, with its charming cobblestone streets, is about 12 km away, and near Puerto de Alcudia, you'll find a golf course in Alcanada that overlooks the sea.
