Set 2 minutes walking from the sand beach, this modern chalet in Can Picafort offers a second home to 6 people.

The village of Can Picafort, in the north of Majorca, provides you with restaurants, supermarkets, leisure options and shops. The northern beaches like Playa de Muro, Capellans and Puerto de AlcĂşdia are very family friendly. The kids will enjoy the playgrounds and you may spend a funny day in the waterpark Hidropark in Puerto de AlcĂşdia.

The ample, funished terrace gives access to the living-dining area with open kitchen, including a dishwasher and an induction hob. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and an ensuite shower bathroom with hair dryer. There are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. A shower bath with hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board, air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms as well as a cot/high chair on request complete the equipment.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
