YourHouse Ca Na Xisca is a beautiful townhouse with capacity for 8 guests just a few meters from the sea in the north of Mallorca.

Lovely terraced, 3-storey house, ideal for beach holidays. There are 4 bedrooms and a living area with air conditioning. The living-dining room, kitchen and a bathroom are on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and another bathroom are on the 1st floor and the fourth bedroom with terrace is on the second floor. You have access to a garage with shower bath, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot/high chair are on request. A car isn’t necessary as all important services are nearby and can be reached by foot.

You can visit the Alcúdia market (each Sunday and Tuesday), Cap Formentor lighthouse and the beach of Formentor, the Caves of Campanet, S'Albufera natural park or the beautiful beach of Playa de Muro. A car is not necessary as restaurants, supermarkets and shops are in walking distance. The fine grained sand beach is just a few minutes walking from the house.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.
