The property features a sunny terrace, ideal for enjoying Tenerife’s privileged climate. Its small but charming private pool (2 x 2 m, 1.2 m deep) is perfect for cooling off at any time of the day. There are also 2 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, creating a relaxing corner where sunshine and tranquility are the main attractions.

The interior is designed for comfort and style. A spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a microwave, L’Or coffee machine, kitchen utensils, and full tableware. In the lounge area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in German, English, and French, as well as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room.

The house offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, plus a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

Located in a peaceful residential area, the property is just 1.3 km from Playa de Fañabé and 3.8 km from Playa de Candelaria. Within a 2 to 5 km radius, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and all essential services. A car is recommended for getting around comfortably.

Candelaria is a charming coastal town famous for the Basilica of Our Lady of Candelaria, patron saint of the Canary Islands, and its seafront promenade full of history and local charm. Nearby, the Güímar Valley offers hiking trails, wineries, and the unique Ethnographic Park Pirámides de Güímar—a perfect destination for culture and nature lovers.
