The exterior area is amazing, thanks to the clear and wonderful panoramic view of the fields and the mountain range around the majestic two-storey building and the beautiful chlorine pool that measures 10 x 5 metres and has a water depth from 1.2 to 2.1 metres. You will find several charming corners to enjoy either a good breakfast or a succulent barbecue with the company of the landscape, the sun, and total privacy. There are several tables with chairs, 6 sunbeds, a great porch with a barbecue, and a tennis table. The property is about 14000 m2 and it is fenced.




The interior impresses with its high ceilings, creating a sense of spaciousness in the large living room, which flows into the open-plan dining area and kitchen. It's the perfect spot to relax with family or friends, or enjoy satellite TV after a delightful meal. The kitchen, combining rustic charm with professional functionality, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, and everything needed for comfortable cooking. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

This floor also has two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with both a separate shower and tub. The house features three bedrooms, each furnished with two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and include closets, while the third bedroom upstairs boasts a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. All rooms offer beautiful views of the fields and the pool.

For families with young children, two baby cots and high chairs are available. The entire house is heated with oil central heating for colder months, and for the warm summer nights, all rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.

This villa is located in a privileged rural environment, although just 3.8 km away from the town. This is a residential touristic area, but very quiet, where the landscape is mainly the sea, the mountains, and the fields. If you feel like visiting the island, we recommend going to the Castle of Capdepera, built in the 14th century, and from where you can even see the island of Menorca. The beach is only 6.8 km away in Cala Son Moll - Cala Ratjada- or you can skirt the coast to see many more.
