The house is located by the sea, just a few steps from the beautiful Sa Pedruscada beach and 1 km from Son Moll beach in Cala Ratjada. The surroundings are charming, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, hiking, cycling, and watching spectacular sunsets. In Cala Ratjada, just 1 km away, you will find a wide selection of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, you can visit nearby coves such as Cala Gat, Cala Mesquida, or Cala Torta, as well as the Cala Ratjada lighthouse or the Capdepera Castle.

As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. We will send you a link for registration before arrival.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is €2.20 per night per person in high season (May to October) and €0.55 per night per person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season). The tax must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival.

A security deposit will be held via a credit card, and the client must provide their details through a secure payment link. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
