Vila Nela is a recently renovated and fully refurbished semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the idyllic fishing village of Carvoeiro with all amenities and the beach.
The holiday home comprises a ground floor with a guest toilet, a bedroom with an open-plan shower room, a dining and living room with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning and a modern open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. The sliding doors in the kitchen give access to a pleasant sunroom with dining area and the swimming pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers and barbecue area.
The first floor comprises three bedrooms, one with a small terrace and stairs to the roof terrace, as well as a bathroom.
Equipment includes cable TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and all four bedrooms.
The twin bedroom is better suited for children rather than adults due to room and bed size.
During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.
