Casa Ceu Branco is a luxurious new-built holiday villa situated on Algarve Clube Atlântico, one of the most desired resorts of the idyllic fishermen’s village Carvoeiro, just a short walk from the magnificent Carvalho beach, the restaurant and the communal facilities, which include pools, tennis courts and a mini-golf (charges may apply).
The property is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and offers magnificent ocean views throughout.
The main villa, fully fitted with air-conditioning, consists of a spacious open plan ground-floor, comprising a dining room and lounge/living room divided by an elegant two-front fire-place, a state of the art kitchen with a cooking isle and breakfast table, and three suites.
The sliding doors open up to the large exterior terraces, offering several sitting areas to enjoy the exterior, with stairs leading down to the stunning pool area.
The pool house (made available on request) comprises another two air-conditioned bedrooms that share a bathroom.
Across the pool (heatable at extra cost), there is a wonderful sitting area with a gas fire-pit (made available at extra cost), a pool bar and a barbecue with a dining table.
As the villa is equipped with under-floor heating, it is also a suitable accommodation for the colder months. There is plenty of parking space on the property.
