The villa comprises a comfortable sitting room fitted with electric shutters, air conditioning and a wood burning stove for the cooler months, a dining room and fully equipped open plan kitchen. From the kitchen out, steps lead down to the side terrace with several seating options and a barbecue, as well as the garden and gated pool area.
There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins), all with AC and built-in wardrobes, as well as 3 shower rooms.
In the basement you will find a wonderful games room/library, to enjoy fun times or just have a relaxing moment to yourself.
