Casa Jacaranda is a beautifully appointed three bedroom villa on the prestigious Algarve Clube Atlântico resort in Carvoeiro.
All bedrooms and the upstairs lounge are equipped with individual A/C and the house has central heating throughout. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bath/showerroom and there is also a guest WC in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Both lounges offer a flat-screen smart TV, high-speed wifi and comfortable soft furnishings.
Downstairs, through the sliding doors the terrace opens to a second covered dining area and reading corner, which in turn leads directly to the very private and secluded pool and BBQ area. The large saltwater pool is equpped with a manual pool cover, underwater lighting and can be heated on request.
Around the house you will find approximately 2000m2 of gated and fenced garden, from the lawn areas next to the pool pathways lead up to the orchard at the back of the house and back round to the entrance with covered and open parking for up to 3 vehicles.
