The Villa Sunset is a charming 3-bedroom house with sea views, located 7 minutes by car from Carvoeiro. With a private pool, near the beach and a golf course, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.

The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, except one double room.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living/dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious terrace offers outdoor dining with stunning views of the sea and mountains.

The lower floor houses the 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, one en-suite, and 1 twin en-suite), with direct access to the pool and garden. The pool can be heated as an optional extra and is surrounded by a wall and hedge for greater privacy. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, a swing bench, and a dining area with a barbecue.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, Villa Sunset is 3 km from the centre of Carvoeiro, with restaurants and bars nearby. Vale do Milho Golf Course is a 4-minute drive away, and Vale de Centeanes Beach is just 5 minutes away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.
The 7th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
