The Palm House is a delightful, modern, end-of terrace townhouse located in the popular Vale de Milho area of Carvoeiro.

The villa has a well-kept garden with the swimming pool leading off from the bedrooms.

The delightful coastal town of Carvoeiro is around 30-minute walk or a short drive away. The town centre boasts a lovely sandy beach from where there are boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much more.

This lovely townhouse has many advantages. It is one of the few terraced houses with its own private pool. Furthermore, it is adjacent to the 9-hole golf course of Val do Milho, while the great beach of Vale do Centianes is on walking distance.

The holiday home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms on the lower, ground floor of the property, which provides a relatively cool night's sleep even in summer. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the fenced garden wit a small not too deep pool.

There is a kids fence at the stairs from the living room to the bedrooms downstairs, so the house is suitable for small children. If you are looking for an active beach holiday, The Palm House is the place to be.

Layout house
You entering the house, you will find the kitchen on the left and a guest toilet on the right. When walking further, you will be in the living room consisting out of a dining area and a lounge area. From both areas you can go to a terrace. When taking the stairs down from the living room, you will reach the ground floor with the three bedrooms and the three ensuite bathrooms.

Living room
The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern furniture. In the lounge area you will find a fire place. TV and WiFi are available here. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in this apartment. They are located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have double beds and sliding doors to the pool area. The third bedroom has two single beds.

Bathrooms
The Palm House has three ensuite bathrooms. One has a bath and the other 2 have showers.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator, electric hob, oven and microwave.

Exterior
Adjacent to the living room there is a nice large balcony with comfortable furniture to have a nice meal. From here you can take the stairs down towards the pool area. Here you can find six sun loungers to relax. A Weber barbecue is available as well.

In the nearby, vibrant coastal town of Carvoeiro you will find every activity you can think of. Besides the many bars and the great local restaurants, you can book your boat trip along the famous cliffs of the Algarve, see the dolphins in the wild, go waterskiing, fishing, or scuba diving. It is just too much to mention. But if want to visit the unspoiled parts of Portugal the historic ton of Silves is only a 20 minutes drive away.
