The property is surrounded by mature gardens and has a private heated swimming pool with terrace offering sunbeds, external dining area, BBQ and stairs to the roof terrace with superb sea views.

On entrance there is a private gated driveway with space for several vehicles. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a large lounge with TV and patio doors to pool area. The shallow end of the pool is 0.8 metres and the deep end is 2 metres. Pool heating is available at an additional cost if required. There are four bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twin and 3 bathrooms. All rooms are spacious.
Within easy reach on foot are two beaches, Carvoeiro and Centeanes. Restaurants, shops and bars are also just a short walk so there is no need to hire a car.
