Luxury villa with private pool in Carvoeiro

The Villa Saint Thomas is a magnificent property located in a tranquil residential area, a short distance from the village of Carvoeiro. With easy access to beautiful beaches, golf courses, water parks, local shops and markets, it is perfect for family holidays.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor en-suite with showers and 1 on the first floor en-suite with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The ground floor also has an additional WC and a fully equipped spacious kitchen.

The living/dining room is bright and comfortable, with a view of the pool. On the second floor, a terrace offers a unique sea view.

The property has free internet and air conditioning. The well-maintained gardens include a large private pool (optional heating), a patio and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals.

The centre of Carvoeiro village is just a few minutes by car, with shops, restaurants, bars and the magnificent Carvoeiro beach. You can also visit the Pestana golf courses and the Slide and Splash water park.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC above what it would be without heating.

The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

Prices are for up to 6 people.
From the 7th to the 9th person, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
