This wonderful property located in the coastal area of Casares, welcomes 4 guests.
Outside the flat you will find a large communal chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 10m x 4m and a depth range of 1m to 1.6m, where you can cool off on hot summer days, and a garden area where you can sunbathe while the little ones play. On the terrace of the house you will be able to relax and have a drink with your companions, thanks to the outdoor dining area. Please note that as this is a flat, privacy is partial as there are neighbours nearby. The urbanization has a golf course, Casares Costa Golf, with 9 holes, as well as a beauty centre, club house with restaurant and a fitness centre.

Inside, you will find a nice living room open to the dining room. The whole flat has centralized AC. The living room is equipped with Smart TV and will be the ideal place to spend time with your loved ones. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is completely independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and the second bedroom has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath completes the room. You will be able to use the radiators and the washing machine that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Bahía de Casares is known for its golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, as well as for its impressive cliffs and rock formations that line the coastline, making it the ideal destination for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddle surfing. Thanks to its numerous routes along the cliffs and coastline, it is also the perfect place for hiking enthusiasts. In terms of gastronomy, La Bahía is known for its fresh fish and seafood, which can be sampled in the numerous restaurants and bars in the area. Nearby are the Alcornocales Natural Park, the town of Estepona and the wonderful town of Marbella, situated some 30km away. The Roman baths of La Hedionda are 7 km away, near the Roman bridge of Casares, where you can enjoy a relaxing bath free of charge. A wonderful plan to admire the history and beauty of the place.
