This spacious 3 bedroom link-villa radiates elegance from the moment you enter. Opposite the main entrance is a superbly equipped kitchen with polished black marble worktops and an open servery to the large wooden dining table with high back chairs, overlooking the cosy lounge adorned with beautiful accessories and 2 large sofas. The ground floor living space also includes 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms, with single beds that can be separated or used as a large double bed, both of which have private ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom suite occupies the entire first floor with an opulent décor, a balcony overlooking the pool and a stunning ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Outside living is a joy in this villa, with a dining patio with retractable awning for shade, a choice of brick or gas BBQ ideal for al fresco dining, whilst paved terraces are adorned with colourful potted plants and shrubs around the deliciously sparkling swimming pool. The comfy sofas placed perfectly overlooking the lake are blissful in the evening to sit under the stars and look towards the sparkling lights of Ayamonte town just on the Spanish border. There is also an excellent range of facilities at the clubhouse, which are available to guests.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are 2 bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor, with master bedroom suite reached by internal staircase. Parking is directly outside the villa, without a charge.
