This lovely duplex, located in the La Barrosa area and with access to shared pool, playground and sports areas, has space for 6 guests.
The exteriors of the property are ideal for enjoying the southern climate. In the communal areas you will find a large garden with a shared swimming pool measuring 32 x 18 m and a depth range of between 1.10 and 2 m, as well as another pool for the little ones measuring 7.5 m in diameter and with a constant depth of 0.4 m. There is also a children's play area and, for the more sporty ones, several courts where they can play tennis or five-a-side football. Once in the house, you will be able to enjoy a patio with a furnished porch and barbecue, perfect to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. As it is located in a residential area, the house has direct neighbours.

The two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with AC and Smart TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, has ceramic hob and the necessary equipment to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the three bedrooms, all of them with AC and fan. Two of them have two single beds, while the other one has a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The property is located in La Barrosa, an area very close to Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming towns in the province. In this area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Just 5 km away is the famous beach of La Barrosa, an 8 km long sandy area that is a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. If you feel like it, you can visit Chiclana and take a route around its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire marvellous views of the city. The more adventurous will also find nearby routes to do on foot or by bicycle and where they can enjoy the nature of the area.

The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.
